Panagbenga Flower Festival 2026

Panagbenga — a Kankanaey word meaning "season of blooming" — is Baguio's month-long flower festival held through February, celebrating the cool highland city's blossoms and Cordillera culture.

The centrepiece is the Grand Float Parade, a procession of enormous floats blanketed entirely in fresh flowers, drawing crowds from across the country to the streets of Baguio.

A street-dancing competition in flower-inspired Cordillera costume fills the early days, and "Session Road in Bloom" turns the city's main thoroughfare into a pedestrian fair of food, crafts, and gardens.

Across Baguio through February, peaking with the parades on the last weekend of February and the first of March, centred on Session Road, Burnham Park, and the Athletic Bowl. Expect heavy crowds and traffic.
